Rare Post WWI, not military helmet. Military Association (Militärverein) or Veteran’s association (Veteranenverein) of the Weimar Republic. After 1920: The eagle has no crown or royal attributes and the Hessian Lion with the crown and without a sword was not introduced until 1920. The Anchor suggests a maritime background. Very good condition, Rare.
